Hello

I'm Carly. I am a mum to one and a passionate advocate for respectful care for babies and toddlers.

 

As soon as my baby was born, I realised that children were my passion. There isn't a day since that I haven't read books, done research, listened to podcasts or otherwise delighted in how wonderful young children are.

I am that person who would rather hang out with the kids at a gathering than the adults! I adore being invited into their world, seeing how they interpret and problem solve, and how real they are. I feel their joy, their frustrations and their desires. I think they are misunderstood and underestimated.

I have worked with young children in a number of capacities - as a nursery assistant, a teaching assistant, a baby and toddler class facilitator, and most important a mum and an aunt. I am a qualified coach, DBS checked (enhanced), paediatric first aid trained, fully insured, and currently completing my qualification in the RIE Educaring approach.

I would love to share my approach with other families and help to support you in the most important job in the world - raising joyful, authentic children.
